Americanism Meeting Notes, Nov. 12, 2025
The Americanism Committee discussed the many historical events that are presented and discussed in the History classes; the activities the students participate in; and how these events and activities helped form and shape the United States of America and its government. The students also discuss how these events led us to the present time and where it might lead us into the future.
The Capitol Forum that the older students attend in the spring will no longer be funded and we are looking into having a group of students attend and watch the Nebraska Legislature in action during the legislative session in the spring.
The meeting began at 6:30pm and ended at 6:50pm.
